IACS Supported CMS Applications and Help Desk Contact Information

This CMS IACS User Guide provides the procedures to obtain an IACS User ID, manage an CMS IACS account, review and approve requests, and manage users for the following CMS applications and Help Desk Contact Information:

Bundled Payment – EFT users may contact the Bundled Payments EFT Help Desk at BundledPayments@cms.hhs.gov. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 10am – 3pm EST.

CMS Administration – Physician Value users may contact the QualityNet Helpdesk (primary) at 1-866-288-8912 or qnetsupport@sdps.org.  Or PV Helpdesk  (secondary) at 888-734-6433 or pvhelpdesk@cms.hhs.gov  Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm EST.

COB users may contact the MAPD Helpdesk at 1-800-927-8069 or mapdhelp@cms.hhs.gov. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6am to 9pm Eastern Time. 

Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative users may contact CPC Support at 1-800-381-4724 or CPCiSupport@telligen.org.  Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm Eastern Time.

Center for Strategic Planning – Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) State Information Sharing System (CSP – MCSIS) users may contact the MCSIS Help Desk at 1-410-786-4727 or MCSIS_Application_Support@cms.hhs.gov.

Medicare Exclusion Database users may contact the External User Services (EUS) Helpdesk at 1-866-484-8049, TTY/TDD 1-866-523-4759 or EUSSupport@cgi.com.  Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm Eastern Time.

myCGS users may contact the CGS DME JC Provider Call Center at 1-866-270-4909 or cgs.dme.mac.email.inquiries@cgsadmin.com. (Please enter “Web Portal” in the subject line). Hours of operation are 7am – 5pm Central Time.
