How To Use CPT 96401

CPT 96401 can only be billed for the administration of chemotherapy. Therefore, you need to report the correct HCPCS code for the drugs that is administered separately.

You may use CPT 0708T or CPT 0709T for intradermal cancer immunotherapy injection.
