CPT 99339 & 99340 (DELETED) | Domiciliary, Rest Or Home Care Oversight Services
CPT 99339 (DELETED): This service uses 15-29 minutes of the provider’s time (in a calendar month).
CPT 99339 can be used when a medical provider reports the service for the monthly care plan oversight of a patient who resides in their own home (and is not present), rest home, or domiciliary (including an assisted living facility) and is under the individual supervision of the provider.
CPT 99340 (DELETED): This service uses 30+ minutes of the provider’s time (in a calendar month).
