CPT 99347 Description: Two key components need to be met to report CPT code 99347 correctly when an Evaluation/Management service is selected an established patient home visit.
The two key components are in addition to the medical necessity for performing the procedure/procedures.
CPT 99348 Description: 2 (key) components for CPT 99348 are in addition to the medical necessity for performing the procedure/procedures.
To report CPT code 99348 correctly (when an Evaluation/Management service is selected for an established patient home visit), two key components need to be met.
CPT 99349 Description: 2 (key) components for CPT 99349 are in addition to the medical necessity for performing the procedure/procedures.
The 2 key components must be met to correctly report CPT code 99349 when an Evaluation/Management service is selected for an established patient home visit.
CPT 99350 Description: To report CPT code 99350 correctly (when an Evaluation/Management service is selected for an established patient home visit), 2 key components need to be met.
The 2 (critical) components for CPT 99350 are in addition to the medical necessity for performing the procedure/procedures.
