Urology specialized mid-size medical practice seeking a highly qualified, conscientious in-house Senior Medical Biller / Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely accounts receivable follow up
- Managing denials, rejections, and appeals
- Claim scrubbing and handling claim denials
- Revenue cycle oversight
- Posting electronic and manual transactions as needed
- Leading, coaching, and guiding staff to maximize receivables
- Performing regular audits
- Communicating with patients as necessary
- Staying current with Urology billing guidelines
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the revenue cycle and medical billing
- Expertise in accounts receivable follow up, appeals, and denials
- Strong understanding of medical insurances
- Proficient with EClinicalWorks (ECW) software
- Excellent organizational skills

Requirements:
- Five years of experience in medical A/R billing
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Winter Park, FL. Background and drug testing are mandatory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical accounts receivable billing
- Experience with EClinicalWorks software
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, medical billing appeals, and revenue cycle management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in-person in Winter Park, Florida
