Healing Touch C&C Inc has over 20 years of healthcare experience, specializing in Neurology and Psychiatry.
Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing medical records for accurate coding and billing, assigning ICD-10 and other codes to diagnoses and procedures, verifying patient information and insurance coverage, submitting claims to insurance companies, following up on unpaid or denied claims, and communicating with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies or obtain missing information.
Candidates must have experience as a medical billing and coding specialist, be bilingual in English and Spanish, have impeccable organizational skills, computer proficiency, multitasking ability, knowledge of medical insurance, attention to detail, and preferably experience with Medisoft and Practice Fusion. Must be able to work Saturdays.
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Hialeah, FL.
Pay rate is $17 per hour.
