Sky Health Services is a medical practice specializing in primary medical care for older adults. We are hiring a medical office assistant at our Longmont location.
You will be the face of the medical office, acting as the provider-patient liaison by troubleshooting patient concerns and communicating information to patients, family, facility staff, and medical providers clearly.
Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting providers, taking vitals, updating medication lists, creating orders for facilities, ensuring paperwork completion, checking patients in.
Candidates should maintain etiquette and tact under pressure, have attention to detail, critical thinking skills, reliability, comfort with patient interaction, organization, and time management skills. Medical terminology knowledge and experience with older adults are desirable.
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.
