Revenue Cycle Management Manager

The Revenue Cycle Manager leads and supervises revenue cycle staff, including billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement teams, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

They develop, track, and analyze productivity metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and present improvement suggestions to executive leadership.

Responsibilities include optimizing revenue cycle processes to improve accuracy and cash flow, ensuring compliance with coding standards through audits, and collaborating with executives to support financial goals.

Applicants must have at least five years of experience in insurance reimbursement, collections, coding, and medical terminology, with significant experience in billing services for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).

Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with reporting and analytics focus is required. CPC and/or CPB certification preferred. Previous managerial experience is necessary.

The position is remote and requires suitable technology and participation in video conferences.
