Retina Associates, LLC is a sub-specialty ophthalmology practice devoted to diagnosing and treating diseases of the retina, vitreous, and macula in the Greater Kansas City area and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist to work in our billing department.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, on-site at the Overland Park location.
Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable aged over 30 days, working with insurance or patients to resolve account balances, identifying and researching overpayments to initiate refunds, assisting patients with billing questions, processing credit card payments, and other assigned duties.
