Remote full-revenue-cycle medical billing role supporting physical therapy services. The position focuses on managing the billing lifecycle from charge entry through collections, with an emphasis on clean claim submission, payer follow-up, reimbursement resolution, and accurate payment posting.

Candidates must have:
- 12–24+ months of recent full revenue cycle medical billing experience within the last 6 months
- Experience in a medical specialty, home health, or hospital billing setting preferred
- EMR or clearinghouse experience, such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, Waystar, or Change Healthcare
- Familiarity with ICD-10
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Excel
- Ability to manage high-volume claims and payer follow-up
Not qualifying experience includes front desk, scheduling, limited billing exposure, pharmacy, mental health, substance abuse, dental, vision, and medical supply billing.
Must live in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, UT, WA.
