- Manage and resolve overdue medical accounts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in call center or collections operations in a healthcare field
- Working knowledge of insurance collections, including verification of insurance and insurance follow-up activities to get claims paid
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet goals
- Experience with medical billing software is a plus
- Previous collections or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle over 100 calls per day
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
