We are seeking a Medical Biller to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process insurance billing forms, collect necessary documentation, and support follow-up inquiries. You will communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records and accurately record patient information. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid customer service skills, and comfort spending much of the day on the phone.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting clients with processing insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare
Noting and processing all necessary insurance forms
Helping patients navigate the billing and insurance process, including collecting forms and signatures
Working with doctors' offices and hospitals to obtain charge information and billing details
Entering billing and payment information accurately
Following up with clients and payments as needed
Answering phones, assisting clients, taking messages, and screening calls
Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
