Generating, reviewing, and transmitting claims for hospital-based services to third-party payors. Collaborating across Revenue Cycle departments to ensure billing edits and other up-front billing-related issues are resolved completely and efficiently. Reports to the Manager of Hospital Billing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Work Experience
- 1 year of previous related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, preferably with a focus in billing required
- 2 years of previous related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, preferably with a focus in billing preferred
- Prior Epic experience preferred
