Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to manage revenue cycle management (RCM) processes in the office Monday through Friday. The role focuses on accounts receivable follow-up, claim resolution, payment posting, reconciliations, and insurance authorization support to help ensure timely reimbursement.
The position is on-site only and is not remote. It also prefers a bilingual English/Spanish candidate.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience with revenue cycle management responsibilities
- Experience with accounts receivable follow-up and medical collections
- Knowledge of medical office workflows
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding; DRG knowledge preferred
- Experience with payment posting and account reconciliation
- Ability to manage payer communications independently
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Medicaid MCO billing experience preferred
- Multi-location healthcare billing experience preferred
