This role is responsible for the timely and accurate submission of invoices to responsible payers, evaluating payments received, following up on outstanding balances, and completing second-level appeals when needed. The position also supports billing and collections training and ensures compliance with payer contracts and confidentiality requirements.

Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–6 months of previous infusion reimbursement or intake/admissions experience
Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to follow contract terms, fee schedules, and payer documentation requirements
