In this role, you will support U.S.-based clinics with day-to-day insurance billing operations. You will work closely with payers, internal teams, and clinic staff to help ensure claims are submitted accurately, denials are followed up on quickly, payments are posted correctly, and billing processes continue to improve.
You will also contribute to internal billing documentation and help identify payer trends, process gaps, and opportunities to improve the billing service as Jane grows in the U.S.
Experience and skills
- 3–5+ years of U.S. medical billing experience, including full-cycle billing
- Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and workers' compensation
- Familiarity with billing systems such as Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, Epic, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and EOBs/ERAs
- Confident, clear, and professional communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clinic staff and collaborate effectively across teams
