Supports medical and pharmacy billing by reviewing information for accuracy, following billing and authorization guidelines, and helping resolve billing and prescription issues.
Works closely with stores, pharmacies, medical providers, and internal teams to ensure bills and prescriptions are processed correctly and on time.
Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for 3 weeks
- Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or 1 year of experience in insurance claims, accounting, or a related area
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a temporary position for 6 months
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive work while staying focused
