Working under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager and Lead Biller, this role is responsible for being accessible to physicians, staff, and patients regarding billing questions. The position ensures billing functions are completed in a timely fashion and helps develop billing goals.
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required
- 1-2 years of medical billing experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Competency with ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong command of verbal and written English
