Soleo Health is seeking a Collection Specialist to support its Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in a remote role based in the USA.
The position focuses on medical accounts receivable and collections for multiple site locations, with an emphasis on maximizing accurate and timely payment. Responsibilities include working outstanding balances, handling correspondence, making collection calls, identifying billing and cash application issues, researching refund requests, documenting account activity, supporting appeals, submitting secondary claims, and communicating with patients, payers, and internal teams.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
- 1-3+ years of strong infusion collections experience required
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- CPR+ system experience preferred
- Strong math and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
