Join a leader in home healthcare providing ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, wound care, diabetic solutions, and other home medical equipment.
This role supports the CPAP Centralized Care Team as the first point of contact for new patients. You will help ensure accurate intake, insurance verification, and smooth coordination of respiratory therapy services while working fully remote from home.
The position is scheduled for first shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, and is 100% remote from day one. The starting pay is $15.25 per hour with quarterly bonus opportunity.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must live within the U.S.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to interpret verbal, written, and visual communications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Preferred
- Experience with medical equipment
- Experience with medical billing and reimbursement practices
- Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification
- One year of related work experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
