eAssist Dental Solutions is hiring motivated professionals to help dental practices maximize revenue and reduce insurance claim headaches while working from home.
- All positions start part-time, with the ability to grow into a full-time opportunity within six months, potentially sooner.

- Own the claims process for assigned oral surgery offices and help improve collections and reduce denials.
- Submit and manage insurance claims, resolve denials through appeals, post payments, pull EFTs, generate financial reports, and attend weekly client meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for driven professionals who thrive in an independent remote environment.
- At least 1 year of oral surgery billing experience required; 2 years preferred.
- Experience with insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, and appeals.
- Comfortable using dental practice management software such as WINOMS, OMS Vision, Dentrix, and Open Dental, as well as Google Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Personable and able to work well with others in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
