Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing
- Strong knowledge of medical billing codes and regulations
- Ability to run and interpret complex reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with healthcare industry changes
- Medical Billing certification or related certification preferred
