Integrity Medical Billing Service, LLC provides revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare practices, including accurate and timely claims submission, patient balance collection, front office education, and root cause analysis to reduce insurance claim issues and denials.
This is a part-time, on-site role on the East Side of Tucson, AZ. The Medical Biller will process insurance claims, support accurate ICD-10 coding, post insurance payments, research aging claims, handle denials, reconcile Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance accounts, verify patient demographics, and collaborate with the billing supervisor to resolve claim issues and ensure provider revenue is captured. The position may grow into a full-time role as proficiency increases.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 coding
- Proven experience managing insurance claims and working with insurance policies
- Proficiency in resolving claim denials and implementing preventive measures
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure claim accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication skills for working with insurance companies, team members, front office staff, and providers
- Previous medical billing experience is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience using Windows computers and strong typing skills
