Key responsibilities include full-cycle medical billing, claims submission, payment posting, denial resolution, AR reconciliation, payroll and payout support, cross-functional data collaboration, and recurring reporting and analysis. The role also contributes to improving billing workflows, reporting quality, and operational data accuracy.
Required experience
- 5+ years of medical billing experience, including Medicaid and national payers
- 3+ years of accounting or AR reconciliation experience
- Experience with clearinghouses and payment portals
- Strong revenue cycle knowledge
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Excel proficiency
- Business intelligence tool experience
- Payroll proficiency
