As a Medical Invoicing Specialist, you will manage the firm’s receivables by tracking outstanding balances, coordinating with healthcare providers and payers, and helping ensure accurate, timely billing.
This is a fully on-site role reporting to the Finance Supervisor. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for preparing and processing bills and invoices, analyzing medical EOBs, resolving billing questions, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate’s degree with relevant experience in medical billing or coding
- Medical Coding and Billing Certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Medical Coding and Billing Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting medical EOBs
- Experience working with MS Excel
- Familiarity with billing software such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal and medical terminology preferred
