Job Summary
The Medical Biller - Medical Collector provides support functions assigned by the billing management team. Responsibilities include assisting with submission of appropriate documentation to insurance companies to facilitate claim processing, pulling documents, faxing, scanning, mailing, communicating with health insurance providers, and supporting other billing cycle processes.
Other duties may be assigned.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Preferred: Graduate of a Medical Office/Billing program
- Preferred experience: 1 year of medical billing experience
- Ability to perform remittance review and medical billing
