ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Medical Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist for its Boca Raton office.
This role supports the revenue cycle by helping ensure patients receive seamless, uninterrupted care. You will work with a fully integrated ENT practice focused on comprehensive care from diagnosis to rehabilitation.
• At least 1 year of medical billing or collections experience • Strong understanding of insurance processes, referrals, and medical terminology • Exceptional attention to detail • Clear, confident communication skills, especially over the phone • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Comfort working with billing systems and digital tools
