The Medical Billing Representative will work full time, Monday through Friday, helping with medical billing and collections, communicating with insurance companies, auditing accounts for payment accuracy, and supporting client communications. The role is based in a professional office environment or a secure home office.

- Ability to quickly learn computer programs and websites
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a cubicle office environment with limited face-to-face public interaction
- Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare in a hospital and/or physician office setting
- CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge is a plus
