IQVIA is hiring a 100% remote Patient Support Medical Claims Processing Representative to support patient assistance programs. In this role, you will review medical claims submitted by HCPs or patients, verify supporting documentation, interpret EOB/CMS1500 forms, and determine whether claims should be paid or rejected based on program-specific business rules.
This position supports co-pay cards, vouchers, and other payment assistance solutions. The role works under moderate supervision and requires availability for a 10:00am to 7:00pm ET shift, 40 hours per week.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in claim processing
- Medical Billing Certification
- Coding Certification
- Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- HIPPA certified
Preferred qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Pharmacy technician experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
