Join Atos Medical as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist supporting timely and accurate billing and insurance processing for medical devices used by people with neck stomas.
You will prepare and submit claims, verify coverage, resolve denials, maintain compliant patient records, and coordinate with insurers, healthcare providers, and internal teams to improve reimbursement outcomes. The role also includes reviewing invoices and aging reports, submitting corrected claims, handling refunds and write-offs, and assisting with appeals when needed.
The position is based in New Berlin, WI, with remote work allowed in Wisconsin.
Two years of medical billing and/or transferable healthcare experience.
Preferred experience:
- 3–5 years of related experience in the DME or life sciences industry
- Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance knowledge
- Brightree experience
