The Revenue Cycle Specialist supports daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and cash applications. This role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of claims, payments, and follow-up activities to support the organization’s financial performance.
This is a fully remote position.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and claim processes required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills required
- Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or accounts receivable preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and EHR/practice management systems preferred
- Familiarity with insurance payors and registration data requirements preferred
