- Proven experience securing surgical prior authorizations
- Strong knowledge of surgical claims and insurance coverage policies
- Confidence discussing out-of-pocket costs and collecting payments
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume call center environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
