As a Medical Biller II at TriHealth Norwood, you will support clean claims submission, timely follow-up, denial appeals, credit balance resolution, and accurate documentation within the billing system. The role works closely with billing staff and other departments to help ensure proper billing processes, strong reimbursement, and a positive patient financial experience.

You will also provide timely and professional customer service to patients and third parties with billing questions or concerns. This position is onsite at TriHealth Norwood, works a day shift, and does not require weekends, holidays, or on-call coverage.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
3–4 years of experience in a related field required
Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT terminology
Experience with Epic and clearinghouse systems
Working knowledge of insurance policies and appeals
Ability to meet individual productivity incentive standards
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
