Epic is seeking motivated individuals to join its Billing Services team. This role supports revenue cycle operations for organizations using Epic by posting payments and denials, resolving credit balances, and following up with payers on outstanding or unpaid claims.
Team members will also learn the technology from an end-user perspective and contribute feedback for system optimization.
This position is based on Epic's campus near Madison, Wisconsin and requires relocation to the area.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Medical billing certificate and/or relevant work experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Familiarity with remittance and denial codes preferred
- Ability to live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI
