Join Easterseals PORT Health's Revenue Cycle Management team as a Billing Specialist. In this role, you will help drive the patient experience by preparing and submitting accurate claims to payers, maintaining billing documentation, supporting claim follow-up activities, and promoting clean claim submission and timely reimbursement. You will also follow up on unpaid and denied claims, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with billing regulations and coding guidelines.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience billing Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
- Experience interpreting explanation of benefits (EOBs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable
- Proficiency with EHR systems or strong technical aptitude
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel
