Provides admissions office support for the facility.
Manages the referral, intake, verification, pre-certification, and admissions process.
Serves as a back-up to the Admissions Manager and performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Business or technical school preferred.
Medical terminology knowledge required.
Knowledge of insurance verification processes required.
At least 1 year of experience in a medical office position or healthcare registration function required.
