Senior Accounts Receivable & Case Management Specialist

Privia Health is a technology-driven national physician enablement company that works with medical groups, health plans, and health systems to optimize physician practices, improve patient experiences, and support high-value care in both in-person and virtual settings.

This role is responsible for the complete, accurate, and timely processing of designated claims, handling daily correspondence from physician practices, responding to Salesforce cases, and providing requested or authorized information. The position supports the resolution of escalated claim issues for the revenue cycle management team and oversees key accounts receivable functions, including Claims Worklists, Zero Pay, Unapplied, and Denials.

The role serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for an internal sub-team and helps drive daily and monthly KPI performance. It also involves improving claims processes, supporting policy updates, and working directly with practice consultants and physicians to ensure strong revenue cycle performance.
