This role is responsible for processing medical claims, handling insurance verifications, identifying and resolving denials, and ensuring the accuracy of medical coding using ICD-10. The position also requires communication with insurance providers, maintaining billing compliance, and providing reliable support to the billing department.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical terminology for accurate understanding and management of medical documentation
- Experience managing denials and insurance claims, with the ability to resolve billing issues
- Proficiency in ICD-10 medical coding for proper claim submission and billing processes
- Knowledge of Medicare billing requirements and other relevant insurance programs
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills to interact with insurance providers and team members
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in medical billing or related roles preferred
