We are seeking a Medical Billing Associate to join a growing healthcare management company in Jersey City, NJ. This role is focused on medical billing and coding support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Process and submit medical claims accurately and on time
- Review claims for completeness and correct coding
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies
- Post payments and adjustments
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams regarding billing-related issues
Requirements & Qualifications
- Some experience in medical billing or coding is preferred
- Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
