The Coding Educator is responsible for the development, management, and oversight of a comprehensive coding program across the organization. This role serves as a documentation and coding liaison to clinicians and supports compliance with government and organizational policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include consultative support on complex coding issues, quarterly and annual reviews of clinicians in assigned specialties, identification of documentation improvement opportunities, audit support, reporting, education program development, and assistance with coding-related process improvement and EMR implementation. The role also supports travel between company locations as needed.

- Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver license and current auto insurance
- Must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check
- Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
