Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to billing statement inquiries
- Follow up on outstanding patient balances
- Interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
- Resolve unpaid accounts efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
Work Environment
- 100% onsite
- No remote, hybrid, or part-time candidates will be considered
