Palmetto Infusion provides ambulatory and home-based infusion services to acute and chronically ill patients, with a focus on patient-centered care and support.
The Assistance Program Specialist is responsible for billing and managing accounts receivable to reduce aged accounts by resolving disputed and denied claims. This role works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in medical collections or account resolution
Skills and qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Outlook/Express, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work calmly in an ambiguous, changing environment under pressure
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with all members of the organization
