Epic is seeking bright, motivated individuals to join its Billing Services team on campus in Madison, Wisconsin, with relocation required and financial relocation assistance available.
The role focuses on helping organizations using Epic improve revenue cycle performance by posting payments and denials, resolving credit balances, and following up with payers on outstanding or unpaid claims. Team members also gain exposure to Epic software from an end-user perspective and contribute feedback for system optimization.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Medical billing certificate and/or relevant work experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- Familiarity with remittance and denial codes preferred
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI
- COVID-19 vaccination required
