This role supports a franchised business location and is responsible for managing billing-related follow-up, denials, appeals, and collections to help ensure claims are resolved accurately and efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in medical practice billing with exposure to denials, appeals, insurance collections, and follow-up
- Working knowledge of Local and National Coverage Determinations and payer policies
- ICD-10 and CPT coding assessment skills
- CPC certification preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using computerized billing systems
