Epic is seeking bright, motivated individuals to join its Billing Services team. The role focuses on helping organizations using Epic improve revenue cycle metrics by posting payments and denials, resolving credit balances, and calling payers to follow up on outstanding or unpaid claims. Team members also learn the technology from an end-user perspective and provide feedback for system optimization.
This position is based on Epic’s campus in Madison, Wisconsin, and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.
