Wisdom is a dental technology and billing company that helps dental practices improve revenue cycle operations through expert billing support and custom-built technology.
This role supports dental offices by ensuring insurance information is accurate and up to date for clean claim submission, treatment planning, and collections. The position is fully remote and part of a remote team serving customers across the U.S.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing insurance eligibility verifications by phone, web, and fax
- Tracking and summarizing verification work so offices stay informed
- Entering full insurance breakdowns into practice management systems
- Partnering with customers to resolve failed verifications and request missing information
- Maintaining timeliness and accuracy in all verification work
- Completing and transmitting monthly invoicing forms
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, procedures, and industry trends
- Experience in dental insurance verification preferred
- At least 2 years of dental office experience, preferably in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with practice management systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality requirements
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
