Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of medical billing experience
- Dermatology experience preferred but not required
- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
- Experience with claims denials, appeals, and insurance credentialing processes
- Proficiency with data entry and 10-key systems
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently
