Epic is hiring for its Billing Services team to support revenue cycle operations for organizations using Epic.
This role focuses on posting payments and denials, resolving credit balances, and contacting payers to follow up on outstanding or unpaid claims. Team members also gain exposure to the software from an end-user perspective and help provide feedback for system optimization.
The position is based on Epic's campus in the Madison/Verona, Wisconsin area and requires relocation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Medical billing certificate and/or relevant work experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- Familiarity with remittance and denial codes preferred
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI
- COVID-19 vaccination required
