Responsibilities
- Prepare billing data for payer billing
- Ensure compliance with contractual provisions related to billing and encounter data submission, including monthly reports
- Submit invoices to agencies
- Apply payments and collect on unpaid claims
- Prepare advance reconciliations and apply payments to the general ledger
- Enter information into computer databases for effective record keeping
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery
- Ensure compliance standards are met for audit purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of client records
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Support the company mission and values
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
Experience
- 2 years of experience relevant to the work performed
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize daily work to meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with numbers and apply basic math skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
