Senior medical biller for a rapidly growing women’s health and fertility practice in Manhattan.

The role focuses on full-cycle medical billing and insurance collections for gynecology, fertility, and laboratory billing. The selected candidate will independently manage complex claims, high billing volume, and reimbursement workflows in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience in a medical office setting
Strong experience with insurance billing and collections
Experience in OB/GYN, fertility, IVF, reproductive endocrinology, or laboratory billing strongly preferred
Medical Billing Certification required
Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, EOB interpretation, and claim workflows
Knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology
Ability to independently resolve complex billing issues and payer denials
Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
